In 1993, I was elected president of the Youth Group at Church of the Open Bible, May Pen. I had just been saved two years before and being so ‘green’ in church leadership triggered a desire to be properly trained for ministry. Aware of God’s call on my life, I enrolled as a ‘freshman’ at JOBI in 1993. By the second year in Bible School I was serving on the church board and other committees as well as on National Youth Executive committees. I later enrolled at the Jamaica Theological Seminary where I graduated in 2005. I am now the pastor for the Miracle Open Bible Church. In addition to this I serve on the Board of Directors of the Open Bible Standard Churches of Jamaica as the Director of Youth. Today I am grateful for the training I received at this noble institution, since it contributed to the foundation of my formal theological training. I am forever grateful.
